Outstanding service and a brilliant fan. I can’t recommend this company enough. The customer service was exceptional. They were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient from start to finish. The industrial fan I ordered is powerful and works brilliantly. It’s quieter than I expected (not silent, of course, but very reasonable for the power, and on the hottest day of the year, I’ve only needed to use the lowest setting. I’m so impressed, I’ll likely be ordering another one soon.
