• Courier Delays
  While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, some may experience delays due to factors beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays, which may extend delivery by up to 48 hours.
  

Simple Returns

• 14-Day Returns
  Items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Contact us before returning.
  
• Returns After 14 Days
  Returns beyond 14 days are considered at our discretion and may incur a 35% restocking fee.

• Faulty Items?
  Return within 28 days for repair, replacement, or refund. After 28 days, please contact the manufacturer as their 12-month warranty applies.

• Damaged on Arrival?
  Inspect on delivery. If the product is damaged, refuse the order or sign as “Damaged”.
