1. PRICES & TAX

Unless otherwise shown the price stated for the goods includes VAT and carriage. Export shipping charges are available upon application. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU no VAT will be charged, however import duties may be payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for any import duties levied.


2. DESPATCH POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that we have a minimum quantity on all the items on our web site. We offer no absolute guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you by telephone within a short time to advise you of the availability of the item you have ordered and to let you know of any suitable alternative should your product not be immediately available. Goods are normally despatched within 2 working days (or same day if express delivery ordered).


3. RETURNS POLICY

All goods are sold under our guarantee that they operate to the stated level in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. If within the period of twelve months following delivery the goods are found to be faulty you may return the goods and receive either repairs to the equipment or replacement goods (return to you will be at our expense).
